Refund Policy

If you are not happy with a purchase for any reason, email support@onceledger.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. After a refund, your licence for the product ends and you should delete the files.

If our payment provider acts as reseller / merchant of record (e.g. Paddle), its buyer terms also apply, and you may request the refund through it directly.
