Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from Onceledger (the "Store").

1. Products

We sell downloadable digital products: spreadsheet templates and the Onceledger POS software. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in USD. Payment is processed through secure card checkout by our payment provider; by paying you also agree to the processor's terms. Orders are confirmed when payment is authorised.

3. Delivery

Download links are emailed immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive it within 1 hour, contact support@onceledger.com.

4. Licence

For spreadsheet templates, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use licence. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files.

4a. Onceledger POS business-use licence

Onceledger POS is licensed, not sold. A one-time payment gives you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for one business at one location.

  • Tills/devices: each tier allows a set number of tills or devices, as listed on the product page at the time of purchase and encoded in your licence key. Basic covers one till; Pro covers up to 3 tills. Using more tills needs an additional licence or an upgrade.
  • Updates: your licence includes bug-fix and feature updates for the major version you bought (for example 1.x). Future major versions may be offered as an optional paid upgrade; the version you own keeps working.
  • No resale or sharing: you may not resell, sublicense, rent, share or publish your licence key or the software, or use one licence for several businesses or locations.
  • Your data: the software runs on your own computer or server; you are responsible for your data, backups and your hardware (printers, scales, drawers).
  • Installers: installers may not yet be code-signed, so your operating system may show a warning on first install.
  • Warranty: the software is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Refunds: refunds follow our 30-day Refund Policy; when a refund is issued, the licence key is revoked.

5. No financial advice

Products are tools for organising information. Nothing we sell is investment, tax, legal or financial advice. Trading involves risk of loss.

6. Liability

Products are provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Onceledger is registered.
